Joy Bennett owns and directs two “Joyful Breath Yoga Therapy” studios. Her original studio on the East Side of Providence, RI is the base of operations for her private practice, working one-on-one to customize yoga sequences to the needs of her clients. More recently, she opened a second, larger studio in Swansea, MA to accommodate the growing need to serve an increasing population of continuing clients. 

Joy received her 500-hr certification through her training with Joseph and Lilian LePage, as part of their “Yoga Therapy Professional Yoga Therapist Training Program.”

She lives in Massachusetts with her husband, psychiatrist Irwin Bennett, MD.
